Refund policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

If your order arrives damaged, please follow the steps below:

  1. Take clear photos of the damaged item, including any damage to the packaging.

  2. Ensure the photos show the issue clearly from multiple angles if necessary.

  3. Email the photos along with your order number and a brief description of the issue to contact@drinksiptiva.com.

Once we receive your photos and information, we’ll review the case and get back to you with the next steps, which may include a replacement or refund.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 7 days of receipt. Please note the following conditions:

  • Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

  • Insurance: If the item is valuable or fragile, we strongly suggest insuring the return shipment, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.

  • Item Condition: Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, including all accessories and documentation.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange as applicable.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
